You can't ask for anything more than safety when you travel 5,000 miles from Alaska to NEPA. That's just what we got. Luke watched so many movies that the DVD player ran out of batteries in the car about 30 minutes from home, so he decided it would be better to scream at 1:45am in the car than go to sleep. I was able to parlay Hannah's cuteness into 3 FREE turkey sandwiches on the first flight from Anchorage to Seattle. That's right, those flight attendants were jumping all over each other to hold Hannah while I used the lavatory. Then when I told them that we were not just traveling from Anchorage to Seattle, but from Anchorage to Newark, NJ, they all pitied us and gave us three free turkey sandwiches (cost of $18 normally -- worth about $3 at any deli, though). Anyhoo, Stasia and I were happy to enjoy something other than PB&J.
Hannah took several catnaps on the planes. Never for more than 40 minutes, I think. Speaking of her, she just woke up from her 2nd morning nap (it's 11am) and it looks like she's getting Luke's pinkeye. Great.
Lazy day of unpacking ahead of us. The 40 lbs of fish and moose made it safely, except 3 filets that thawed, so we will be ating salmon tonite or tomorrow with our friends and neighbors. :)
