Snow-quet!

Oh yeah baby! My autumn-long dream of playing croquet in the snow came to fruition today, as I talked three classmates into taking a break from writing finals in order to come play the first ever game of snow-quet in NEPA. We played two games and had a blast doing it. We modified the rules slightly so that on each turn, instead of only getting one shot, you automatically got two shots. Then, if you went through a wicket you got 2 shots (instead of just one), and if you hit someone's ball, you got three shots (instead of two). It worked pretty well. Challenging, frustrating, exciting. What a blast. I look forward to playing after the snow falls again in January.
