Super Luke to the rescue!!

First week of Lent is already upon us. I don't know where the time has gone. It seems just yesterday we got back to PA from Christmas vacation. I actually love Lent. Not necessarily all the fasting and lack of meat and dairy, but I LOVE the services. Now if only I could make it to one this week. :)

Congratulations to Stephen Athanasius Whitcomb, on his elevation to Sub-deacon this past weekend. We are very happy for you and send our AXIOS your way!!

So we are having yet another snow storm. YUCK!! I am tired of snow and was really hopping for an early spring. If I have to be here in PA I want spring now...oh, I guess that's not how that works. Well, if not an early spring then just no snow storms.

Luke has been saying the funnies things lately, here are a few that I can remember.
1) "Mama I got my bugs and my hammer and my wrench to fix my bugs hair"
2)"...Now I know my abc's, you can't take my toothbrush from me"
3)"Tinkle, tinkle, little star, how I wonder...is that Thomas?"
4)"Mama, I said you can't" (like it was a hard fact that his word was law...we had some words over this one)
5)"Help mama, I got snow on my glove." (gloves are apparently not allowed to have snow on them)
6)"Crocodile ate Captain Hook, HA, HA, HA, HA" (Luke thinks it is absolutely hilarious when he say's this and laughs really hard at it, it is sooo funny to here him laugh at himself)
7)Mama: Who do you want to pray for tonight?
Luke: Pray for doors.
Mama: Ok, but what person do you want to pray for?
Luke: Pray for windows.
Mama: OK, but who, eho do yo want to pray for?
Luke: Pray for pictures.
Mama: No Luke, you have to pray for people. We thank God for things, we pray for people. Who do you want to pray for, a person, give me a name.
Luke: I pray for all of them, now your turn to pray I'm done.
