Blood Sugar Test Results!!!

Well as my husband and I knew, my first blood sugar test was a fluke. If only the Dr would have asked us we could have told her and we wouldn't have had to go through all this. So...my fasting result was 78 (needed to be under 100) and the next three pokes after taking the vile liquid was 119, 116, 113 (needed to be under 190, 160, 140). So I was way, way under and am not even close to having high blood sugar. I get to keep on eating the same way, which is as much as I possibly can (of healthy foods of course) to get the babies weight and size up. My goal is to do nothing different and just keep doing what I have been and the baby will be fine, just like it's brother and sister. Since I don't eat hardly any junk I can't cut it out and I don't like many foods so...not sure what I can do differently.

On a different note, I have make three reservations for family members this week to be here in November. My mom comes on the 13 and stays through Dec 4. My sister comes the 24 and then leaves with my mom, and my brother comes on the 25, Thanksgiving morning (thanks to med school) and leaves on the 28. We will be spending a lot of time at the airport! :) My dad can't take the time off from work for Thanksgiving and Christmas and want's to stay with his dad who lives with my parents, so we will miss him. My brother Nate and his wife Mel may also come over for Thanksgiving. We will have a very full house, although there is always the chance that Matthew and I will not be there and will be in the hospital instead. :) November will be a very busy month, and boy will it be exciting!!! I can't wait!! Anyone else want to come join us?? Christine?? :)

By the way, we are selling our Subaru if anyone is interested. We can't afford to insure both vehicles and we have decided it will be a pain to drive them both back to AK. So unfortunately we have to sell our baby. She's a great car and still has 150,000 miles left if your nice to her. :)
