Bonfire

Luke has been asking for a bonfire for a couple weeks now, so a few days a go we finally had one. The kids loved it of course because there were marshmallows and chocolate. Forget the graham crackers, the kids wanted nothing to do with those, although Matthew and I enjoyed them.
It was also an opportunity for Matthew to burn some of our mountain of paperwork that our shredder was protesting to shred. We had a good time, although I think we were only out there for maybe 30 min. It was pretty chilly and Luke was ready for a bath and bed.

Today it was a nice 77 degrees and muggy. I think we are in for a thunder storm since it's supposed to only be 60 tomorrow and rainy and 50 the day after. Oh well. We really took advantage of the good weather today and spent at least 6 hr outside playing. Hannah crashed hard tonight and by the sound of it Luke did too.

My time is up. I must now pass the computer back to Matthew so he can do more homework.
