It is currently 9:30 pm. We put the kids (all three of them) to bed over an hour ago and somehow they are all back down stairs AWAKE!!! The older ones made a trip to the potty after about 10 min of being in bed. Then they decided they wanted to sleep in my bed, so I said okay fine, just go to sleep. Then Emma decided to wake up, probably do the talking siblings in the bed next to her. Hannah was complaining she was hungry as soon as we put her to bed and I finally gave in after 45 minutes and brought her downstairs to feed her. Luke of course followed, actually he led the way downstairs just in case we got lost and Emma came too, of course.
Hannah is now done eating but of course Luke in now hungry so he is taking his turn eating. Why he couldn't have told me this 20 minutes ago is beyond me.
So the nice quiet time I was going to have blogging turned into a very distracted blog post, nothing of which I was going to originally post. I have been pestered to draw snowmen, bring water, no I don't like hot dogs I want a roll with honey, and watch my adorable children "decorate" the living room with string and balls. Actually it just looks like a more of a mess to clean up to me, but Luke is very proud of it so I will never tell him.
Time to try bedtime again!!!
