To my dear children,
Okay kids, please quit following me around the house all day saying "hold you, hold you." I can't spend my whole day holding you and making you breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks, change diapers, shower, dress, help papa, and get any kind of house work done, or pack. (Also, what I pack does not need to be un-packed here in PA, please wait till we get to AK.)
Sometimes I just need some quiet ALONE time. That means NO KIDS. That is what nap time used to be for. Since you refuse to nap will you just play alone for a while? I would also like to be able to go to the bathroom without a parade following me; kids, toys, books, etc. (I will not read you a story while I am going potty, no mater how long I spend there. I am probably trying to hide.)
Playing together does not mean yelling and hitting and pushing each other. Fake crying will not be tolerated, I know what a real cry sounds like. Prolonged fake or real crying will just make me even more frustrated. In fact you don't need to be doing any crying unless your seriously hurt or dying.
Bed time is not the time to start saying your hungry. If your hungry then eat diner when I make it and set it on the table. (Hannah, wait til after we pray.) You can't procrastinate bedtime (any more) by saying your hungry. I have you figured out (for now.) Hannah, when I say pick out one book, one stack of books is not what I had in mind.
Please remember Emma is a little baby and when she grabs you she is not trying to hurt you she just wants to connect to you by trying to eat you. Yelling "no" at her will not work. Also, her face can not be covered up with blankets and pillows. Ever. Ever. EVER!
When I say come here that does not mean at your convenience in 5 min, it means NOW! If you know your in trouble don't try hiding, especially in the suit case, I may ship you to Yaya.
Going potty is not an option. If you have to go, GO!!! Doing the potty dance is not something we want to perfect, it's something we want to get rid of.
I love you all very much and I realize your just little, but I may be going a little insane.
That's all for now!
Love,
Mama :)

Wow, it's like reading about a day in my house. I'm hoping for more boys so that at least in three years I can make Fr. A take them up behind the altar and I can enjoy more than eight minutes of a service in a row.
This too shall pass. (Thank God for that!)
Awesome! It's good to see we're not alone. :)
