Goodnight Chicago

Well the Cubs are gone and the White Sox are now history. Both teams out of the MLB playoffs thanks to the Dodgers and the Rays. The White Sox never stood a chance because the Rays have a guy named JP Howell on their team--yes, the same JP who graduated from Jesuit High School in 2001 with Jonathan. Here's his line from 3 postseason games so far:

Postseason
3 games
0 wins
0 losses
4.1 innings pitched
2 hits
0 walks
0 Runs
6 strikeouts
3 holds
0 saves
0.46 WHIP
0.00 ERA

That is studly. I hope everyone learned their lesson: Don't mess with teams that have guys named Howell on them. When the Red Sox play the Rays, they won't have a chance either (and Lowell isn't even close, so don't go there).
