Isn't Luke CUTE!!! He loves ketchup and watermelon. Ever since we introduced him to french fries and ketchup he wants to dip everything in ketchup. He dips cheese, crackers, meat, watermelon, grapes etc. He also loves to smear it all over the place, high chair and face alike. We have a much quieter dinner when were eating something Luke can dip because it keeps him entertained for so long.
HURRAY!!! My mom and sister are here, and boy have we been busy. We picked them up on Sat night and went to dinner. Then we had church Sun morning and an hour and a half drive back home. Sun night we went shopping for dinner, and hour later we left the store with a lot more than dinner. Never shop hungry... unless you mom is there to pay for it. hahaha I have the best mom in the world!!
Monday we went went to St Tikhons for a tour with Mike and then to Walmart. Wow, we spent 3 hr in Walmart and left with a whole lot more than we went in for. I had a list of thing to do this week which I thought was long enough, but when my mom and sister saw the house they came up with another list of things they saw that needed to be done. So we will have to see how far we get on this trip. Good thing Mary and Isaac are coming in Nov for Thanksgiving. So anyway, after we got back from Walmart, about 6:30pm, we decided to paint one wall in the living room. We had already got the paint because Mary said my living room was boring, which it is, but I think we were insane to paint that late. We got the wall painted though (a beautiful cranberry), not just once but twice. Both coats were on before 10pm. We didn't get to bed till midnight though and Luke didn't go to bed till 10pm. Boy was he grouchy this morning.
Today (Tuesday) we finished the living room (pictures to come, it looks awesome) and started on Matthews "man cave," painting KILZ on the walls and celling trying the get rid of the old house smell. Unfortunately we ran out of paint and we have one unpainted wall and the floor.
So tomorrow we have to put a coat of the color paint on the walls that got the first coat after we get back from my first OB appointment. Hopefully we will have a chance to get back to Walmart and get more KILZ and paint for the floor.
So as you can see we are really busy. We still have to find time to can jelly, and go to the dollar store so we don't get alot of down time right now. But we are having a ton fun.

Oh yea, I must defend Matthew on something I said a couple days ago. I was saying that he put off his homily till the last moment, and he did, but it was the first time he had put any paper off like that since we've been here. So he's really not doing that bad and now he can't say I write bad things about him.
