Luke and his first Picture

Luke's first picture he took almost by himself. He didn't want my help, hence the finger in the picture. You can still see what he was trying to take a picture of though, papa.

These three pictures are of Luke climbing up to the table to get his banana for breakfast. They are out of order though, it should be the bottom one first ending with successfully getting his nana (as Luke calls it) at the top. We were really glad he didn't knock over the milk or through the toast on the floor in his efforts.

Matthew had a class canceled yesterday so he got to come home 4hrs early. That was really nice and all except that he came in so quietly I didn't hear him. I was upstairs with the boys playing and getting them ready for naps and didn't hear a thing, I usually hear the door close or something when he comes home. Well I was half way down the stairs to go get Cristy's nap stuff when I heard someone moving around in the kitchen. Then out comes someone just walking through my house. I screamed so loud my throat hurt and my heart was beating madly. Cristy came running down the hall looking a bit worried but as soon as I realized it was Matthew, which was almost instantly, I started laughing so I don't think he was too traumatized. Luke was on my bed so it took him a minute to get down the hall but all he did was laugh at me. Like father, like son. Matthew was laughing so I hard, I couldn't do anything but laugh too, and hit him of course as soon as I was able.

Well to bed I go. Long day tomorrow. We are all going to Vigil at 4:30 at the Seminary for The Entrance of the Theotokos in the Temple because it is a requirement for Matthew but also because Metropolitan Jonah will be there (the new Metro for the OCA).

Good night All
Stasia
